Our Mission The mission of Rejoice! Inc. is to educate and support families, promote the adoption of all children, including teenagers, in the child welfare system and to keep sibling groups together. We seek to secure families that represent diversity of the children we serve and who will nurture and enhance their overall well-being. With a commitment to cooperative linkages in the home, community and other facets of a child’s life, we seek to protect and preserve their cultural, spiritual, emotional and social development.
